  Slow, at least two tables plus ours sent food back. The salad on my starter was on its way to compost. Staff apologetic and eager to compensate but never the less an in uninspiring evening out. Won't rush back.

  Food was lovely, unfortunately there was a children's party (strange setting for a dozen screaming 8 year olds if you ask me) which spoilt the first part of the meal. Service was good, reservation was made and not written in book although on this night they were able to oblige. Wrong dessert was brought out and charged for although physically amended. Disappointed, but probably just a bad night.

  Food and atmosphere are consistently good, but service has been consistently poor. Maybe I have had bad luck, but it seems that my orders have taken longer than most or simply been forgotten. Prepare to wait a while for your food, especially on a Friday or Saturday night. They don't have enough staff.

  A great place to visit for lunch, especially with grandchildren who just love the kids'menu. Family friendly.
